Práce se zabývá hospodařením nemocnic obecně, včetně možnosti transformace na akciovou společnost.Popisuje způsob, jakým je transformace prováděna. Na konkrétním příkladu Litomyšlské nemocnice, a.s. hodnotí, na základě analýzy účetních závěrek a interních podkladů, zda tolik diskutovaná transformace měla pozitivní nebo negativní vliv na hospodaření této instituce. |

The suject of the thesis is the financial management of hospitals generally including the way of their transformation into public limited companies. It describes the way how the transformation is conducted. Litomyšl hospital is used as a case study, in which through analyzing the annual accounts and available internal documents a conslusion is reached about the financial impact of it´s so much debated transformation. |
