Má bakalářská práce přináší informace o mentorkém kurzu, spolupráci studentů s mentory a spolupráce vzdělávací instituce s mentory. Má dvě hlavní části. Teoretickou, která obsahuje pět kapitol, a výzkumnou. První kapitola teoretické části vysvětluje, co je to mentoring. Následující kapitola se věnuje mentorům (sestrám s absolvovaným mentorským kurzem) a mentee (studentům). Dále se zmiňuji o historii mentoringu a mentoringu ve zdravotnictví. V poslední kapitole teoretické části se zabývám problematikou mentorského kurzu. Praktická část se zabývá metodikou sběru dat a popisem získaných dat. Na konci práce je diskuze vztahující se k výzkumu a závěr práce. |
