Bakalářská práce popisuje jednu z nejvýznamnějších kompetencí Celní správy České republiky, správu spotřebních daní v souvislosti s provozem daňových skladů. Je zaměřena na mechanismus správy spotřebních daní, procesní postupy při jejich výběru. Charakterizuje jednotlivé druhy spotřebních daní a analyzuje vývoj výše daně, samotný vznik a smysl daňových skladů v členění dle jednotlivých druhů spotřebních daní, zabývá se zajištěním daně a dopravou vybraných výrobků v podmíněném osvobození od daně. |

This bachelor work describes one of the most important competency of custome administration of Czech Republic. It describes control of the excise tax, connected with operation of tax depots. The work puts mind to mechanism of control of the excise taxes and procedural routes by drawing of them. It defines kinds of the excise taxes in singles and analyses the progress of the taxe's value, the origin and the reason of tax depots ( classificated by the kinds of the excise tax). It describes the taxe's drawings and transportation of the selected products in the conditional tax-free. |
