V dnešní době se jedná o velmi rozšířené a probírané téma, kterým se zabývají odborníci po celém světě. V první části diplomové práce popisuji Pardubický kraj jak z hlediska geografického, tak i demografického. V druhé části analyzuji možná rizika, která hrozí jednotlivým pozemním komunikacím. Dále jsem stanovil kritickou dopravní infrastrukturu Pardubického kraje, do které jsem zařadil jak pozemní komunikace, tak i důležité subjekty. V poslední části jsem navrhnul opatření pro zvýšení odolnosti kritické dopravní infrastruktury. |

This topic is quite extensive and discussed nowadays and specialists (experts) around the world are interested in. In the first part of my diploma thesis I described Pardubice region from the geographical and also from the demographical point of view. In the second part I analysed possible risks, that can threaten particular land thorougfares. Next I determined critical transport infrastructure of Pardubice region, that includes land thorougfares and important subjects too. I suggested arrangments to increase resistance of critical transport infrastructure in the last part. |
