dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce shrnuje důležité informace o cyklodextrinech (α, β, γ) a jejich inkluzních komplexech. Popsány jsou jejich výroby, výskyt, použití, vlastnosti, modifikace a technologie inkludace molekul do cyklodextrinů. Jsou zde uvedeny výsledky měření inkludace kyseliny ferulové, naproxenu, diklofenaku a opticky zjasňujících prostředků do cyklodextrinů. Dále také metody, které byly použity pro měření těchto inkluzních komplexů, spektrofotometrie UV/VIS a spektrofluorofotometrie.	cze

The production, occurrence, usage, properties, modifications and the technology of includation of molecules into cyclodextrins are described. The results of measurements concerning the includation of ferulic acid, naproxene and diclofenac into cyclodextrins are shown, and the methods used for the measurements of these inclusion complexes (UV/VIS and fluorescence measurements).	eng
