Cílem bakalářské práce je vymezit teoretický rámec bytového družstevnictví České republiky definovaný současnou platnou legislativou. V teoretické části se práce zabývá právní charakteristikou bytového družstevnictví a jeho historií , dále základními otázkami právní úpravy družstev od jejich založení či vstupu do družstva, přes práva a povinnosti družstevníků, až po zánik družstva či členství v něm. Pozornost je věnována i aktuální problematice převodů bytů do osobního vlastnictví včetně porovnání vlastnictví osobního s družstevním. Poslední kapitola je zaměřena na aplikaci teoretických poznatků v praxi. Pro porovnání je vybráno Stavební bytové družstvo Družba Pardubice. |

The aim of bachelor work is to define the theoretical framework for housing cooperatives the Czech Republic as defined currently in force. In the theoretical part of the work deals with the legal characteristics of the housing cooperatives and its history, the fundamental question of the regulation of cooperatives from establishing or entering into a cooperative, the rights and obligations through the cooperative, after the termination of a cooperative or membership in it. Attention is paid to the current issue of bytes to transfer personal property including personal property compared with the cooperative. The last chapter is focused on the application of theoretical knowledge in practice. For comparison is selected cooperative building society Družba Pardubice. |
