Diplomová práce v první části analyzuje zadluženost domácností, z důvodu stále více se prohlubujícímu nesplácení úvěrů a půjček, v České republice ve srovnání se státy Evropské unie. V druhé části se zabývá možnostmi vymáhání pohledávek v České republice z důvodu rostoucí zadluženosti. V třetí části je provedena analýza postupu společnosti Profidebt, s.r.o., při vymáhání odkoupených pohledávek a analýza úspěšnosti tohoto postupu. |

In the first part of this thesis is analysed the indebtedness of households in the Czech Republic which is caused by permanently non-repaying their credits and loans. The indebtedness is compared with the states of European Union. The second part deals with the possibilities how to recover the claims in the Czech Republic because of the increase of the indebtedness. In the third part is described an analysis of methods of the company Profidebt, s.r.o., during the recovering the claims which were bought up. The third part includes also the analysis of the achievements of these methods. |
