dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je věnována problematice Místní Agendy 21, která se zabývá zaváděním principů trvale udržitelného rozvoje do činnosti obce a je strukturována do tří hlavních částí - teoretický pohled na tuto širokou problematiku, postavení Místní Agendy 21 ve městě a uplatnění Místní Agendy 21 v Chrudimi a v Krnově. V první části je vysvětlen trvale udržitelný rozvoj, Místní Agenda 21 a její postavení v plánování měst. V druhé části je rozebírána Místní Agenda 21 v České republice a Kritéria místních Agend 21. Ve třetí části se práce zaměřuje na uplatňování Agendy 21 v Chrudimi a v Krnově.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis is focused on problematics of the Local Agenda 21, which si interested in impelmenting principles of sustainable development and is structuerd in three main chapters. These are theoretic view of this broad issue, standing of Local Agenda 21 in the cities and applicatin of Agenda 21 in the cities Chrudim and Krnov. In the first part is explained conception of sustainable development, Local Agenda 21 and position in the city planning. The second part analyses Local Agenda 21 in the cities of the Czech Republic and the Criteria of the Local Agenda 21. In the third part thesis is focusing of functioning of Local Agenda 21 in the cities Chrudim and Krnov.	eng
