Bakalářská práce se věnuje problemtice romského etnika, s cílem podat informace o minoritě, a rovněž posoudit, jaký pohled na Romy v nemocničním prostředí mají sestry. Teoretická část informuje o romské komunitě a vystihuje její podstatné jevy. Vymezuje její minulost, charakteristické zvyky a také specifika romské rodiny. Výzkumná část obsahuje výsledky dotazníkového šetření prováděného mezi sestrami dvou zdravotnických zařízení s cílem, identifikovat vnímání romských pacientů z pohledu sester. |

Bachelor´s thesis is dealing with problems of the Roma ethnic group. Work says some information about this minority and what kind of view have got nurses. The theoretical part gives information about the Roma community and describes the main facts. Tells reports about history, characteristic habits and the specificities of Roma families. Research section contains the results of a questionnaire survey carried out among nurses between hospitals with ambition to identify how perceive Roma in the role of patients. |
