Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce bylo určit incidenci Crohnovy nemoci v letech 2004-2006 v regionu Pardubice zjištěnou na gastroenterologickém pracovišti Interní kliniky Pardubické krajské nemocnice, a.s. Kapitoly teoretické části stručně popisují problematiku tohoto onemocnění. Praktická část práce je věnována samotnému výzkumu Crohnovy nemoci, který proběhl na gastroenterologickém pracovišti Interní kliniky Pardubické krajské nemocnice, a.s., jeho cílům, metodice, výsledkům a závěrům. |

The principal objective of this thesis was to determine the incidence of the Crohn’s disease in 2004 to 2006 in the Pardubice region found at the gastroenterology unit of the Internal clinic of the Pardubická krajská nemocnice, a.s. [the Pardubice Regional Hospital]. The chapters of the theoretical part briefly describe the issues concerning this disease. The practical part of the thesis is devoted to dealing with the research of the Crohn’s disease itself which took place at the gastroenterology unit of the Internal clinic of the Pardubická krajská nemocnice, a.s., its objectives, methodology, outcomes and conclusions. |
