Tato práce se zaměřuje na problematiku poruch pamětí typu RAM na architektuře x86. Zabývá se příčinami jejich vzniku, jejich projevy a způsoby jejich detekce. Obsahuje přehled nejběžnějších algoritmů pro detekci těchto poruch, srovnání jejich detekčních schopností a příklady implementace těchto algoritmů do hardwarových a softwarových testerů. |
