In this paper, we argue that the affective experience that permeates the employment of Assistive Technology (AT) in
special needs education is crucial for the integration of AT. “AT integration” generally means the fluid and automatic
employment of AT for fulfilling certain tasks. Pritchard et al. (2021) have proposed a more specific conceptualisation
of AT integration by saying that AT is integrated when it is part of the user’s cognitive character. By discussing their
proposal, we argue that the user’s affective experience is crucial for AT integration. To better appreciate the relevance of
the affective experience in AT integration, we suggest shifting the perspective from the functionalist extended cognition
framework, as Pritchard et al. (2021) propose, to affective scaffoldings. In doing so we focus on the feeling of agency
as the key experience to consider for understanding what AT does to the agent. We will put forth the hermeneutical tool
of “phenomenal transformation” to explain how and why AT as an affective scaffolding can support the fundamental “I
can” of the experience.

Urbanization and the growth of e-commerce are the main factors behind the growth of lastmile delivery volumes. Crowdshipping using the public transport system is one of the relatively new scenarios for the organization of such delivery. This solution has good potential to meet consumer demands for fast delivery while simultaneously minimizing the negative externalities of urban freight transportation, which is the basis of the sustainability of the urban freight transport system. An important condition for understanding the development of crowdshipping using the public transport system and the formation of certain practical recommendations for the effective functioning of such delivery is the study of the opinion of potential users and crowdshippers. Analysis of available literary sources allows us to assert that the potential of crowdshipping delivery depends on specific urban planning conditions and characteristics of the population. Studying the opinions of respondents from Ukraine and the Czech Republic will allow us to gain new knowledge about the attitude of residents of cities that differ in size and characteristics of the public transport system to the possibilities of crowdshipping.

V předloženém textu zkoumám pojetí disentu v díle Ladislava Hejdánka. Nejprve si pomáhám Pithartovým schématickým dělením disentu na protestující a reflektující, abych v případě Hejdánka odlišil ještě třetí, tvůrčí typ disentu. Ten pak detailněji analyzuji v systematické interpretaci Hejdánkových postojů a myšlení (včetně komparace s dalšími disidenty a mysliteli).

Golinski, Mateusz
From the second half of the thirteenth century, economic privileges of cloth merchants became almost a norm in the cities of Central Europe, including Poland. The same entrepreneurs constituted at the same time a group that exercised power in their cities. From the fourteenth century, the aspirations of local textile manufacturers became apparent, they demanding the right to free retail sales of their products. The resulting conflict with merchants was permanent. However, it was not connected with the demands of gaining access to power in the town, although at the same time the weavers were involved in struggles of a political nature. This state of affairs is the starting point for an examination of the characteristics of the course of the aforementioned conflict in Polish cities and a consideration of its possible causes.
