Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do několika hlavních kapitol. První kapitola popisuje vnější, střední a vnitřní ucho. Další kapitola se zabývá mastnými kyselinami a metodami vhodnými pro hodnocení složení ušního mazu. Práce navazuje na informace o samotném ušním mazu - zejména o jeho produkci, fenotypech,funkcích, mikrobiologii a složení ušního mazu. Závěrem rešerše je zmínka o patologii, kterou způsobuje nadměrné nebo nedostatečné množství ušního mazu. |

The bachelor thesis is divided into several chapters. The first chapter describes the outer ear, the middle ear and the inner ear. The next chapter deals with fatty acids and the methods suitable for evaluating the composition of ear wax.
