dc.description.abstract	Tato práce obsahuje úvodní informace o anatomii a fyziologii močových cest, jež je podkladem pro rozdělení symptomů dolních cest močových a jejich zevrubný popis. Dále práce seznamuje s možnými a nejčastějšími nemocemi způsobující tyto symptomy. Je zde popsána invazivní i neinvazivní diagnostika používaná pro zjištění příčiny symptomů dolních cest močových se zvláštním důrazem na metodu uroflowmetrie. Cílem praktické části práce bylo naznačit jedno z možných numerických vyhodnocení uroflowmetrických křivek.	cze

The work next acquaint with possible and the most common diseases causing these symptoms. Here is descripted invasive and noninvasive diagnostic using for detection of lower urinary symptoms cause, with especially emphasis on the method uroflowmetry.
