Abstract:
Lipidomic analysis of biological samples in clinical research represents a challenging task due to the extreme complexity of samples and their large number. One of the ways to get complex information on the composition of sample is to use direct infusion mass spectrometry (DI-MS). The DI-MS technique was used to measure plasma samples of patients with renal cancer and healthy volunteers.
