Abstrakt:
In this paper, the author deals with determining the amount of support for the purchase of transport units in the carrier's entering the market. Besides determining the amount of support proposed, economic and environmental aspects of the support are considered here as well. The amount of support proposed served as a basis for determining the estimated number of transport units supported by the programme and calculating the volume of transport and transport performance. Based on the transport performance estimated, environmental benefits were derived, i.e. the reduction of emissions was calculated in relation to the transfer of goods transport to continental combined transport. The amount of support proposed not only takes into account the difference in purchase price of transport units for continental combined transport, but also a certain motivation for the particular subsidy applicant (carrier, forwarder, combined transport operator, shipper), who has been using road transport, to start using combined transport, considering the risk entering a new segment. The amount of support comprehensively reflects the purchase of new continental combined transport units by a subsidy recipient (carrier, operator) purchasing such transport units. The amount of support stated takes into account the requirements related to the use of the transport unit within the whole logistics chain.
