Disertační práce shrnuje výsledky výzkumů týkajících se možností stanovení kritické
micelární koncentrace tenzidů pomocí kapilární elektroforézy, možnosti využití liposomální
elektrokinetické chromatografie a micelární elektrokinetické chromatografie pro stanovení
rozdělovacích koeficientů studovaných přírodních antioxidantů, využití micelární
elektrokinetické chromatografie a kapilární elektroforézy s UV/Vis nebo hmotnostní detekcí
pro analýzu přírodních antioxidantů a oligosacharidů a možností spojení kapalinové
chromatografie a micelární elektrokinetické chromatografie v dvoudimenzionálním
separačním systému. Disertační práce je psána formou komentářů k publikovaným i doposud
ještě nepublikovaným pracím. |

The aim of the doctoral thesis is to conclude the results of research focused to the possibility
of the determination of critical micelle concentration of surfactants by capillary
electrophoresis, utilization of liposome electrokinetic chromatography and micellar
electrokinetic chromatography for the determination of distribution coefficient of the study
natural antioxidants, utilization of micellar electrokinetic chromatography and capillary zone
electrophoresis with UV/Vis or mass detection for the analysis of natural antioxidants and
oligosaccharides and possibility of the connection of the liquid chromatography with micellar
electrokinetic chromatography in two-dimensional separation system. The doctoral thesis is
concepted as a comment to the published articles and articles which will be published. |
