Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na odtahy silničních vozidel na území města Pardubice. V práci jsou řešeny především nucené odtahy vozidel v souvislosti s čištěním pozemních komunikací. Úvod práce je proto věnován čištění pozemních komunikací a legislativě vztahující se k nuceným odtahům vozidel. Analýza samotná se zabývá odtahovou technikou, technologickým postupem odtahu, cenou za nucené odtahy vozidel a vydáním vozidla z odtahového parkoviště. V návrhové části práce jsou uvedeny návrhy, které mají za úkol upravit techniku odtahového vozidla, zlepšit efektivitu práce odtahové služby a dále návrhy vedoucí ke zvýšení informovanosti občanů města. |

The bachelor thesis is focused on towing of road vehicles in the town of Pardubice. In the thesis is primarily discussed forced towing of vehicles in relation with cleaning of roads. The introduction of the thesis is therefore dedicated to cleaning of roads and the legislation related to forced towing of vehicles. The analysis itself is focused on the towing equipment, the technological process of towing, the price of forced towing of vehicles and the handover of the vehicles from the parking lot. In the proposal part are dealt the proposals, which are focused on the technique of the tow truck, proposals are required to improve the work efficiency of wrecking services and the further proposals are aimed at increasing the awareness of the citizens of the town. |
