dc.description.abstract	Práce se věnuje fenoménu dnešní doby migraci, a zároveň zjišťuje, zda cizinci na území Pardubického kraje mají zkušenost s diskriminací. Teoretická část obsahuje vymezení základních pojmů, jako je migrace, její druhy a příčiny a vymezení základních pojmů spojených s migrací, dále vymezuje uznané národnostní menšiny na území ČR a u vybraných menšin i jejich specifika. Jsou zde obsáhnuty menšiny žijící na území Pardubického kraje, na což plynule navazuje kapitola zabývající se organizacemi zabývajícími se integrací cizinců. Konec teoretické části stručně popisuje pojmy rasismus, diskriminace a rasismus. Praktická část je založena na kvalitativním šetření mezi klienty integračních center zabývajících se integrací cizinců na území Pardubického kraje. V závěru práce jsou interpretovány výsledky výzkumu.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma thesis deals with the phenomena of these days the migration and equally finds out if the foreigners living in Pardubice's region have the experience with the discrimination. The theoretical part includes definitions such as migration and its types, the reasons for migration, determinates the elemental terms related with the migration, and specify certified national minorities living in the Czech republic and their specifics. This thesis also includes the minorities living in the Pardubice region which links up with the organisations that deals with the integration with the foreigners. The end of the theoretical part briefly describes the racism, discrimination and xenophobia. The practical part is based on the qualitative investigation between the clients of the integration centres dealing with integration of foreigners in Pardubice region. In the conclusion of this thesis are interpreted the results of the research.	eng
