Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat současný stav restorativní justice v České republice a USA. V práci se zaměřím na legislativní ukotvení restorativní justice v obou zemích, a uplatnění tohoto typu justice v praxi pomocí restorativních programů. Součástí práce bude i souhrnný seznam institucí zabývající se restorativní justicí v obou zemích. Při tomto bádání, se zaměřím zejména na metody práce, které směřují k resocializaci pachatele a oběti trestného činu. |

The aim of the diploma thesis is to analyze the current state of restorative justice in the Czech Republic and the USA. The work will focus on the legislative basis of restorative justice in both countries, and applying this type of justice in practice using restorative programs. The work will also consolidated list of institutions dealing with restorative justice in both countries. In this research, I will focus especially on the methods of work aimed at the social rehabilitation of offenders and victims of crime. |
