Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na prevenci katétrových infekcí cévního řečiště, zejména pak na ošetřování centrálních žilní a arteriálních katétrů. V teoretické práci jsem se zaměřil na to, jak správně dané katétry zavádět a jak ošetřovat. Jaké techniky se u zavádění používají, abychom zvýšili ochranu katétru před vstupem infekce do krevního řečiště. V praktické části jsem vyhodnotil rozeslané dotazníky a zhodnotil péči o pacienty s těmito katétry na zkoumaných odděleních. |

My bachelor thesis focuses on the prevention of caterer infections of bloodstream, especially on the treatment of central venous and arterial caterers. In theoretical part, I have focused on the right application and treatment of the caterers and the techniques that are used during the treatment in order to increase the protection of the caterer before the infection enters bloodstream. In the practical part, I have evaluated the surveys and reviewed the treatment of patients affected by the previously mentioned caterers. |
