Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou zpracování zakázek a kalkulací v polygrafickém podniku. Teoretická část je zaměřena na úvod do managementu zakázek a modelování podnikových procesů. Dále je provedena analýza situace ve společnosti Studio Press s.r.o. a je navrženo zlepšení procesu s využitím informačního systému. V dalších kapitolách je konkrétní návrh informačního systému, představení technologií použitých při jeho tvorbě a nakonec popis vlastní implementace. |

The thesis deals with the problematics of order processing and calculations in a printing company. The theoretical part is focused on the introduction to order management and on the business process modeling. Furthermore, the thesis analyses the situation in the printing company, Studio Press Inc., and it suggests how the process could be improved by means of an information system. The following chapters contain a proposal of an information system, introduction of the technologies used in its creation and the description of its implementation. |
