Práce se zabývá informacemi pro pacienty s chronickým selháním ledvin a následnou léčbou peritoneální dialýzou. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a výzkumnou část. V teoretické části je popsána anatomie a fyziologie ledvin a peritonea, princip peritoneální dialýzy, dietní a režimová opatření. Část výzkumná se zabývá zpracováním dat od respondentů získané formou anonymních dotazníků. Výsledky jsou zpracovány formou tabulek a grafů. |

This work deals with information for patients with a chronic renal failure and subsequent treatment of peritoneal dialysis. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part and into a research section. The theoretical part describes the anatomy and physiology of the kidney and of the peritoneum, the principle of peritoneal dialysis, dietary and regimen measures. The research section deals with the processing of data obtained from respondents using anonymous questionnaires. The results are presented in the form of tables and graphs. |
