Práce se zabývá problematikou kritické infrastruktury území Pardubického kraje s ohledem
na možnou hrozbu teroristického útoku. Detailní analýza zranitelnosti prvku kritické
infrastruktury z hlediska terorismu je provedena na příkladu mezinárodního letiště
v Pardubicích. V práci jsou zhodnocena nalezená zranitelná místa. Nalezené nedostatky jsou
podkladem pro navržená doporučení k nápravě. Uvedená doporučení mohou přispět k vylepšení stávajících bezpečnostních opatření. |

This thesis deals with the issue of the critical infrastructure in the Pardubice region, given
possible threats of a terrorist attack. A detailed analysis of vulnerability of the critical
infrastructure element given terrorism threats is carried out on the example of the
international airport in Pardubice. This thesis evaluates found vulnerabilities. Proposed
recommendations are based on the found shortcomings. Listed recommendations may
contribute to the enhancement of the current security measures. |

Student reagoval na otázku položenou vedoucím práce: Jaké jsou hlavní bariery Vámi navrhovaných opatření při jejich implementaci a jaké jsou podmínky jejich efektivní aplikace?
V rozpravě byly studentovi kladeny otázky související s ekonomickou obhajitelností navrhovaných opatření. Dále byl tázán na přijatelnost dosavadní ochrany areálu Letiště Pardubice a na dosah opatření proti sabotáži. Byl tázán také na způsob agregace rizika ve své práci. |
