dc.description.abstract	Příspěvek je zaměřen na genderovou analýzu strategických plánů. Jeho cílem je vyhodnocením strategických plánů 16 velkých měst České republiky, jak se promítá rovnost příležitostí do rozvojových dokumentů na místní úrovni. Genderová analýza byla vypracována pro kritické oblasti současného strategického plánu města Pardubice pro předem definované skupiny obyvatel – ženy, muže, děti, studenty, seniory, etnické minority a náboženské skupiny. Vyhodnocení bylo založeno na hodnocení expertními skupinami. Výsledky v jednotlivých oblastech byly následně agregovány – výsledky byly následně posouzeny z hlediska genderové vyváženosti. Článek také obsahuje návrh metodologie pro genderovou analýzu strategických dokumentů měst a regionů.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	The paper is concerned with equal opportunities in strategic planning. Its aim is to undertake gender analysis of the strategic plan for local level (municipality / city), and its evaluation on the file of 16 big cities in the Czech Republic. Gender analysis was carried out at action plans for critical areas of the current strategic plan of the city of Pardubice for defined groups of inhabitants - Women, Men, Children, Students, Seniors, Ethnic minorities and Religious groups. The evaluation was based on experts group evaluation with representatives of the groups. The results of the assessment for critical areas were aggregated – the results became the basis for evaluating the gender balance of the strategic plan for representation. The article also includes general design methodology for application of gender analysis of the strategic documents of municipalities, cities and regions.	eng
