Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na systém a organizaci sociálních služeb v České republice. Záměrem práce je vytvořit věrný obraz o systému poskytování sociálních služeb v našem státě, kdy se jedná o definování, rozdělení sociálních služeb a začlenění sociálních služeb do služeb veřejného sektoru, sociální politiku a vliv demografického vývoje na sociální služby, dále pohled na sociální služby z hlediska zakladatelů, poskytovatelů, uživatelů a pracovníků v této oblasti. Není možné také zapomenout na kvalitu sociálních služeb, inovace a provádění sociálních analýz při plánování sociálních služeb u obcí. Predikce vývoje potřebnosti sociálních služeb zdůrazňuje i závažnost řešení finanční stránky poskytování sociálních služeb. Všechny tyto body jsou zkoumány na úrovni celorepublikové i na úrovni jednotlivých krajů ČR.
Cílem práce je porovnat jednotlivé kraje České republiky z pohledu poskytování sociálních služeb, určit v jaké míře jsou sociální služby poskytovány v jednotlivých krajích, zjistit zda se jednotlivé kraje z pohledu poskytování sociálních služeb liší, navrhnout krajům opatření pro zlepšení sociálních služeb. Splnění tohoto prvního cíle umožní splnit hlavní cíl, kterým je určení, v jakých obcích dle kritéria počtu obyvatel jsou sociální služby poskytovány nejčastěji. |

This thesis is focused on system and organisation of social services in the Czech republic. The aim of this work is to create a true picture of the system of providing social services in our state. It is about definition, division of social services and integration of social services in the services of the public sector, the impact of social policy and demographic development in the social services, the social services from the perspective of the founders, providers, users, and workers in this field. It is not possible to forget the quality of social services, innovation and the implementation of social analysis in the planning of social services for municipalities. Financial aspect is very interesting for providing social services. Also important is the prediction of expenditure on social services by 2050. All of these points are examined on the national level andont the level of individual regions of the Czech republic.
The aim of this work is to compare the individual regions of the Czech republic from the perspective of the provision of social services, to determine the extent of providing social services in each region, to find out whether the individual regions differ in providing of social services, to propose the measures for the improvement of social services and to determine the interest of municipalities on social services. Main important objective is to determine in which municipalities social services are provided most often according to the criteria of the population. |
