Hlavním tématem této bakalářské práce jsou investice. Konkrétněji jsou zmíněné druhy investic a investiční činnost, metody zjišťování efektivnosti, výběr z více investičních akcí a způsoby, jak je možné investice financovat. Teoretické poznatky jsou pak aplikovány na praktický příklad výpočtu ekonomické efektivnosti investice do solární elektrárny. Dále jsou zde zmíněné zákonné postupy při realizování takovéto investice. V závěru je provedeno posouzení, jaká z možností financování projektu, bude pro podnik výhodnější. |

The main theme of this bachelor work are an investment. More specifically those types of investments and investment activity, methods of detection efficiency, more choice of investment projects and ways you can finance the investment. Theoretical knowledge is applied to a practical example of calculating the economic efficiency of investments in solar power. Then, there are said to implement the statutory procedures such investments. In conclusion, an evaluation of what the possibilities of financing the project, will be advantageous for the company. |
