Ve spolupráci s Dr výhybkárna a mostárna, spol. s r.o. Prostějov byla vyvinuta
a v několikaměsíčním zkušebním provozu ověřena technologie navařování exponovaných úseků
nově pokládaných tramvajových kolejnicových prvků. V příspěvku je předloženo metalografické
hodnocení těchto návarů na bázi austenitických materíálů (CrNiMn, resp. MnCr) s ohledem na
použité technologické parametry procesu navařování. |

The new technology of hard surfacíng on the exposed parts of tramway permanent way
components before their first putting ínto operation was developed and checked up afterwards
together wíth the company Dr výhybkárna a mostárna Ltd. Prostějov (manufacturer of points and
bridges) during the several months lastíng tríal operation. The metallographic investigation of the
austenitic-based buildups (CrNiMn and MnCr, respectively) with respect for the used technologic
parameters is discussed in the paper. |
