dc.description.abstract	Předmětem bakalářské práce je projekt controllingu v ČD, a.s. a využití jeho výstupů k získání informací pro obchodní činnost Českých drah na úseku vertikály správa majetku a vertikály kolejových vozidel. Práce obsahuje teoretický úvod, obsahující základní definici pojmu informace, manažerského účetnictví, controllingu a analýzu projektu controllingu v ČD, a.s. se zaměřením na produktovou vertikálu správy majetku a produktovou vertikálu kolejových vozidel. V závěrečné části práce je návrh inovací a vizí v řešení controllingového systému řízení pro vertikálu správy majetku a železničních kolejových vozidel. Jsou voleny spíše obecnější návrhy a východiska, kam by měl současný projekt vyústit, než detailní analýzy a návrhy.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	The subject of the thesis is a controlling project in the Czech railways and utilization of its outputs for acquiring information for commercial activity of the Czech railways in the section of a vertical: Trusteeship and a vertical: Rail vehicles. The thesis contains a theoretical introduction including the basic definition of the term information, management accounting, controlling and the analysis of the controlling project in the Czech railways with an aim for the product vertical of trusteeship and the product vertical of rail vehicles. The final part of the thesis contains a proposal of innovation and visions in solving the controlling system of control for the verticals of trusteeship and rail vehicles, which includes rather general suggestions and solutions, where the current project should lead in, than detailed analyses and proposals.	eng
