Abstrakt:
A group of hydrotalcite-like compounds with a general formula were prepared by a precipitation from soluble salts in the presence of urea. This method, described previously for a preparation of compounds with An-=CO3(2-), was modified so that pure hydrotalcite-like compounds with either M(II)=Zn, Ni, Co and An-=Cl- or M(II)=Zn, Co, and An-=NO-3, suitable for further ion exchanges, can be prepared. The prepared compounds were characterized by thermogravimetric analysis, IR spectroscopy and their cell parameters were determined from powder XRD data.
