Abstrakt:
The author pays the attention - on the basic of the theoretical analysis as well as results of the partial research - to the raising of the professional level of the public administration civil servants from the psychological point of view. This is why the professionalism is considered to be the set of profesional properties and qualities as well as acquired psychological structures especially the knowledge and skills which enable the development of efficient activities in the mentioned profession. The analysis is resulting into the construction of the hypothetical model in which the characteristic úpersonal features of the civil servant has the dominative position.
