Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou osob s tělesným postižením a možnostmi jejich pohybu v městském prostředí. Práce se zaměřuje na využití prostorových analýz pro monitoring rizikových míst a uvádí příklady využití prostorových analýz, které souvisí s problematikou handicapovaných osob. Práce byla zpracovávána v prostředí města Pardubic s využitím programového produktu ArcView ze skupiny programů ArcGIS Desktop. |

This thesis deals with the problems regarding the movement possibilities in the urban environment of handicapped people. The work focuses on usage of spatial analysis monitoring the risk places and mentioned the examples of the spatial analysis which relate to the problems of the handicapped persons. Dissertation was processed in the Pardubice urban environment using the program product ArcView which is part of the ArcGIS Desktop programs group. |
