Bakalářská práce se zabývá postavením a fungováním územní samosprávy v České republice. Popisuje také problematiku obecních rozpočtů. Tato práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Část teoretická přibližuje údaje a informace, které se týkají hospodaření měst a obcí. Je zde vysvětlen i způsob financování činností v municipalitách. Část praktická analyzuje hospodaření města Pardubice v letech 2004, 2005 a 2006. V závěru bakalářské práce jsou stručně shrnuty poznatky, které vyplývají z praktické části a osobní názor na hodnocení hospodaření města Pardubice. |

The bachelor work deals with the position and function of territorial autonomy in the Czech Republic. It paints the probleme of municipal budgets too. This work is devided into the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part summarizes the data and the information conserning the ekonomy of municipalities. It explains to the way of financing of the projects which belong to the activities of a municipality too. The practical part analyses the economy of the town of Pardubice in the years 2004, 2005 and 2006. In the conclusion of this work there are briefly summarized information resulting from the practical part and the personal evaluation of the ekonomy of the town of Pardubice is also included. |
